The name JRoxley may not resonate across the widespread immenseness of the hip-hop world. IT WILL. R.A.W.W. may not yet be easily identifiable in the rap game. IT WILL. What this 20 year old PG native brings to table is what artists aspire for which is a grind, a work ethic, an evolution of basics and talent that comprises the attributes that make an artist an artist. His subtle and laid back approach to his rhymes is crafty and acute. His music emanates a sensibility and appeal that extends well past normal rap boundaries and grabs listener's attention engrossing them in the track. Although he has a very limited catalogue to date, he's growing and expanding his technique. While many young artists are quick to release music that is underproduced and underwhelming, JRoxley is the converse to that approach. He is methodical and calculating in his attempt to create hip-hop with sustainability. The upcoming release of "Capones And Coronas" is going to elevate his buzz and legitimately allow listeners the opportunity to connect with genuine hip-hop artistry, and undoubtedly, THEY WILL.
